description
The present invention relates to a fastening device for fastening at least one attachment to a vehicle frame, wherein the vehicle frame has a first preferably closed cross-sectional profile. The vehicle is, for example, a commercial vehicle. Moreover, the invention relates to an off-road utility vehicle with a vehicle frame having a closed cross-sectional profile.
In the prior art commercial vehicles are known which use a vehicle frame consisting of longitudinal members with open or closed cross-sections. For fastening components of the vehicle to the vehicle frame, screw connections are preferably used in the prior art. In the case of open cross-sectional profiles, bores are arranged in the longitudinal members of the vehicle frame for this purpose, in order subsequently to fix the components to be fastened, preferably by means of screw connections, which pass through these bores.
The disadvantage here is that when using frame side rails with closed cross-sectional profiles on the one hand, losses in terms of strength and on the other hand, to determine the tightness.
The object of the invention is therefore to at least partially solve the problems arising from the prior art. This object is achieved by means of a fastening device according to the feature of patent claim 1 and a Gelandegängigen vehicle according to claim 9. Further advantageous embodiments of the invention are specified in the dependent formulated claims. It should be noted that the features listed individually in the dependent formulated claims can be combined with each other in any technologically meaningful manner and define further embodiments of the invention. In addition, the features specified in the claims are specified and explained in more detail in the description, wherein further preferred embodiments of the invention are shown.
In the present case, the object is achieved with a fastening device for attaching at least one attachment to a vehicle frame, wherein the vehicle frame has a first preferably closed cross-sectional profile and is characterized in that at least one receptacle is provided for fastening means that a second transverse 2/8 ** MAN Nutzfahrzeuge AUSTRIA JAG »profile profile, wherein the receptacle extends from a first inner side of the vehicle frame towards at least a second inner side of the vehicle frame and forms an opening for receiving the fastening means. The invention relates to vehicle frames, which consist of vehicle longitudinal members and cross members. The vehicle longitudinal members or cross members according to the invention have at least partially a closed cross-sectional profile. Such carrier profiles are used in particular in heavily loaded vehicles such as construction vehicles or off-road vehicles to meet very stringent requirements criteria, as they are given for example in the field of military technology. The advantage of the present invention consists in the fact that the intended receptacle extends within a closed cross-sectional profile from a first inner side of the vehicle frame and / or the closed cross-sectional profile towards at least one second inner side of the vehicle frame. In this case, the vehicle frame consists of longitudinal members which consist wholly or partly of a closed cross-sectional profile. Alternatively, the vehicle frame can also consist of a cross-sectional profile, which are formed from a combination of an open and a closed cross-sectional profile.
Now extends the recording between the two inner sides of the vehicle frame, it supports the inner sides of the vehicle frame against each other. That is, if one side of the profile is loaded, the receptacle directs the forces acting thereon to the other inner side, on which the receptacle rests on. In addition, it is provided that the receptacle forms a preferably continuous opening for receiving the fastening means, which extends through the entire closed cross-sectional profile of the vehicle frame. In a particularly preferred and simple embodiment, the opening is formed as a circular through hole for receiving a bolt. This means that the second cross-sectional profile of the receptacle is formed as a circular opening for receiving the fastening means, namely the screw bolt. In this particularly simple variant of the invention, two simple bores thus suffice as entry and exit of the receptacle through the closed cross-sectional profile and a bolt with a through-bore in order to realize the present invention. If now a vehicle component, such as a trailing arm bracket or a stabilizer mount of the chassis, is fastened to the vehicle frame, this can be fastened to the closed cross-sectional profile by means of a conventional screw connection, without the risk that the high adjustment forces of the bolted connection
MAN Nutzfahrzeuge Österreich JAG 3.3829 AT 08.11.2010 binding deform the closed cross-sectional profile. A force introduction of the components to be fastened in the longitudinal direction of the receptacle can take place exclusively via the contact surfaces of the components. The receptacle itself only has to initiate forces in the normal direction to the longitudinal direction of the receptacle via the fastening means in the profile of the vehicle frame.
In a particularly preferred development of the present invention, it is additionally provided that the first and second inner sides of the vehicle frame preferably extend parallel to one another, but at most at an angle of + -90 ° to one another. In these selected configurations, the recording can achieve a particularly good supporting effect of the profile pages against each other.
Furthermore, it is provided in another particularly preferred embodiment of the invention that the vehicle frame is at least partially formed as a closed cross-sectional profile. By using a closed cross-sectional profile of the vehicle frame can have a particularly high connection stiffness. Especially with heavily loaded Gelandegängigen vehicles, such as military vehicles or construction vehicles this form of cross-sectional profiles can be used advantageously.
It is also advantageous if the second cross-sectional profile is designed as a closed cross-sectional profile. The second cross-sectional profile is the cross-sectional profile of the receptacle. As already mentioned above, in a particularly simple embodiment, a round bolt with a through bore running parallel to its longitudinal axis can be selected as a particularly simple exemplary embodiment for a second cross-sectional profile of a receptacle. In addition, however, it is also conceivable to use, for example, rectangular, triangular, polygonal or other cross-sectional profiles. The openings provided in the receptacles for receiving the fastening means may optionally be formed smoothly, with or without a groove as anti-rotation or with or without thread. Essential in this embodiment, however, is that the second cross-sectional profile is formed as a closed cross-sectional profile in order to seal the closed cross-sectional profile of the vehicle frame to the outside in the assembled state and to prevent ingress of dirt or moisture.
For this purpose, it is advantageously provided that the vehicle frame and the receptacle are connected at least water and / or gas-tight. This is to dirt, saltwater,

Moisture and other undesirable elements are prevented from entering the area of the closed cross-sectional profile of the vehicle frame. This serves the durability, in order to operate the vehicle frame over a long-term period without restrictions.
In another preferred embodiment of the invention it is provided that the receptacle protrudes beyond an outer side of the vehicle frame. As a result, the force application point can be put away from the outside of the vehicle frame. As a result, clamping forces which are applied by screw connections used are not introduced into the closed cross-sectional profile of the vehicle frame but are absorbed by the reception of the fastening means. Thus, deformations of the closed cross-sectional profile of the vehicle frame can be prevented and a force is applied only via the defined connection points between the receptacle and the vehicle frame. In addition, it is possible in this way to connect the receptacle by lying on the outside of the vehicle frame Schweissverbrndungen gas and waterproof in a particularly simple way.
To take account of the different requirements, it is advantageous in this context if the receptacle and the vehicle frame are made of different materials. Thus, the images can be made of particularly high-strength steel, while the profile of the vehicle frame is made of conventional and much cheaper materials.
The fastening device advantageously provides that the receptacle and the vehicle frame are connected or sealed to one another by press, weld or adhesive connection. Depending on the application, the connection between the receptacle and the vehicle frame can thus be used to fix the receptacle on the vehicle frame and / or seal between recording and vehicle frame. Especially by welding the receptacle to the vehicle frame can be ensured that the closed profile of the vehicle frame is not opened by the passing portion of the receptacle to the outside. The seal can be achieved either by welding, pressing or upsetting. In the case of relatively soft materials of the receptacle, the receptacle can be compressed to the extent that it snugly fits against a passage opening in the vehicle frame. Alternatively, however, sealants MAN Nutzfahrzeuge Austria JAG; t »'· yy j

Finally, the object is also achieved by a tracked commercial vehicle having a vehicle frame, which has an at least partially closed cross-sectional profile, wherein at least one fastening device is designed according to one of the preceding claims. Such a vehicle has a particularly torsion-resistant vehicle frame, which, despite built-in components, has no loss in terms of the properties of the closed cross-sectional profile.
The invention and the technical environment will be explained in more detail with reference to FIGS. It should be noted that the figures show, but are not limited to, particularly preferred embodiments of the invention. In the drawing shows schematically:
Fig. 1 is a side view of a first embodiment of the invention;
Fig. 2 is a cross-sectional profile of the embodiment of Fig. 1;
3 shows a second embodiment according to the invention in a side view; and
Fig. 4 is a cross-sectional profile third embodiment.
In Fig. 1, a first inventive embodiment of a fastening device 1 in a side view dargestetlt. In this case, a vehicle frame 2 is shown in sections in a side view. On the vehicle frame 2, a component 3 is fastened by means of screws 4.
2, the vehicle frame 2 according to FIG. 1 is again shown in a cross-sectional view. It can be clearly seen here that the vehicle frame 2 consists of a closed cross-sectional profile 5 and an open cross-sectional profile 6. Through the closed cross-sectional profile 5 projects a receptacle 7, which extends from a first inner side 8 toward a second inner side 9. The receptacle 7 projects laterally beyond the outside 10 in each case. At the bottom of the component 3 is shown, which surrounds the vehicle frame 2 approximately U-shaped. The receptacle 4 in turn is formed as a circular pin with a through hole through which a fastener 11 protrudes. The bore forms the opening 12 for receiving the fastener. In the embodiment shown in Fig. 2, the receptacle 7 is simply through inlets 13 MAN Nutzfahrzeuge Austria * I t:. * .. * •• 6/8 ·· * ·: * 3.3829 AT 08.11.2010 inserted in the closed cross-section profile 5 and not further connected to this. Nevertheless, the inventive advantage can be achieved that when tightening the fastener 11 no deformation of the closed cross-sectional profile 5 takes place and when introducing loads on the component 3 this either by the contact surface of the component 3 on the vehicle frame 2 or via the receptacle 7 in the passages 13 are initiated. Possibly. the recording can be compressed by pressure forces when screwing so far that it rests close to the vehicle frame 2.
Fig. 3 shows another embodiment of the invention in a side view, in which a vehicle frame 2 has a closed cross-sectional profile 5 in the lower region and an open cross-sectional profile 6 in the upper region. The open cross-sectional profile 6 is provided with various holes. The component 3 is used in this embodiment for receiving a link 15. Also in this embodiment, screw connections are again selected as fastening means 11, wherein other suitable fastening means can be used in the invention.
Finally, FIG. 4 shows the embodiment according to FIG. 1 in a lateral sectional view, the component 3 encompassing the closed cross-sectional profile 5 of the vehicle frame 2 in an L-shaped manner. The fastening means 4 are arranged in two rows, wherein the screws 11 consisting of bolts and nuts penetrate the first inner side 8 and the second inner side 9 in the orthogonal direction. The same applies to the receptacles 7, which surround the screws 11.
The fastening device 1 according to the invention has in this embodiment receptacles 7, which are connected to the vehicle frame via welded joints 16. In the embodiment shown in this figure, the receptacles 7 extend to the outer side 10 of the closed cross-sectional profile 5. Any introduction of force on the outer side 10 of the closed profile 5 thus leads to an introduction of force into the receptacle 7 and thus to a support on the opposite inner side 8 or 8 9.
The receptacle 7 is preferably welded or glued to the passage openings 13 by means of the welded connection 16.
Incidentally, it should be noted that the present invention is not limited to the illustrated embodiments. Rather, numerous modifications of the invention within the scope of the claims are possible. Thus, the skilled person recognizes that the other than • * · ·
